The unique tones of sea salt at the front sensorial line prepare this Dark Sea Salt to be a bar that magnifies the nutty flavours with a resemblance of roasted hazelnuts and well-defined chocolate-like tones. Made from single estate 50% cococa from a farm called "El Rosario" located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia. 100% SlaveFreeTrade certified.
