We reserve at our absolute discretion the right to vary these Conditions of Use and any other basis upon which this site is to be used. As such, we suggest that you consult periodically this portion of the website so as to check for any changes but please note that your use of the site will be deemed to mean that you have accepted whatever Conditions of Use prevail at the time of such usage of the website as implying that you accept the basis upon which we want our website used.

To register with Seed you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

Any discount promotions may not be redeemed against Seed gift vouchers or cards, delivery charges, or special orders. No more than one promotional discount may be redeemed against any single purchase unless otherwise stated. Seed reserves the right to substitute or remove product ranges and offers available for redemption via these discount promotions at any time. If items purchased with a promotional discount are returned because they are faulty, the customer will be entitled to a repair or replacement. If items purchased with a promotional discount are returned for any other reason, a credit note will be offered.

The prices and availability of any promotions, goods and services advertised on this website are all subject to change, and availability. While we take all reasonable efforts to keep this website up to date, the material displayed is provided only by way of information and need to be confirmed through our store. Accordingly, in the event of any conflict with the information provided here and information provided in store or by us by any other means, it is the latter which shall prevail. Unless otherwise stated, 'free delivery' excludes international delivery, the delivery of furniture and the delivery of any goods that may incur additional costs above and beyond our standard delivery charge.

WORKSHOP & COURSES T&C’s
Payment is required in full prior to the workshop date.
Here at SEED we want to be able to offer our customers a wide variety of workshops so we seek out artistic talent from across the country. Asking makers to give up their time, travel to us in Somerset and provide us with wonderful materials for you to use costs money; therefore it is not always possible to issue refunds or reschedules.
If for whatever reason you find yourself unable to attend the workshop here are our cancelation policies according to notice period…
30 days or more before event: There are two options.
- A full refund can be issued.
- We can transfer you to another workshop of your choice.
Please Note: With this second option we may not be able to transfer you to the same type of workshop you initially booked onto due to the limited runs of each workshop.
Less than 30 days before event:
- As we will have already committed to our workshop leaders by this point we cannot issue you a refund or reschedule.
- We do run a waitlist policy so please do let us know if you cannot attend and will put your ticket back up for sale. If we are able to re-sell your ticket then we will issue you a full refund.
- Alternatively, if you have a friend that you know would love to go in your place just let us know and we can change the name on the ticket. Please do let us know so that we can inform the workshop leader of who to expect.
SEED reserves the right to cancel workshops at any time but will always endeavour to give participants as much notice as possible. If we do cancel a workshop you have booked onto a full re-fund will be issued.
Disclaimer: SEED (The Original Seed Shop Limited) CANNOT accept responsibility for any accident or injury sustained during the course of any workshop or event arranged by us, you must attend these workshops at your own risk.
Refund Policy: Due to commitments to our workshop leaders we can only offer refunds for cancelations up to 30 days before the event.
