Wendy Jacob

Wendy became a free-lance illustrator when she left art school, drawing regularly for many books and publications including The Daily Telegraph, The Times, The Sunday Times, Good Housekeeping and Homes and Gardens.

She has also made paintings and submitted them to the many open painting competitions in London. She has shown work in, among others, the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, The Discerning Eye and the Royal Watercolour Society and was made a Member of the RWS in 2007.  She shows regularly at Bankside Gallery. 

She has been interested in still life paintings recently, taking advantage of the wonderfully flexible quality of gouache to explore and refine her interest in colour and composition.
