The Sacristy Natural Hand Cream by True Grace soothes and moisturises your skin with a woody and evocative fragrance, rich with notes of Cedar-wood, Cistus & Pine. Carefully crafted using natural ingredients, the cream contains vitamin E, aloe vera and glycerine to soften the skin as well as shea butter, sweet almond and rosehip oils to deeply rehydrate and replenish it.
