LSW Mind Cards
Lili is the founder and creator of LSW Mind Cards. She trained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and back in 2018 was noticing a particularly profound impact on her clients’ improvement when regularly repeating positive actions or habits daily.
Regularly repeating positive actions everyday had also helped her through some particularly hard times.
Noticing how smaller actions and habits, slowing down and becoming more present helped far more than any bigger or grander acts she decided to design a range of cards that featured her favourite habits, tools and techniques. The aim of the cards are to help make it easy for all of us to perform a small positive action each day, helping us to feel happier, more positive and more fulfilled overall.
