Honor Joliffe is a painter whose work is about finding form, pattern and a harmony of colour. She enjoys portraiture, interiors and landscape, but returns again and again to still life. Working mostly on linen panels, often prepared with her own traditional size, gesso, primer and ground, the resulting paintings are unparalleled in their beauty. An oil painter for 15 years, she works from her studio in Mells, Somerset.
