"Spring fields of yellow' Painting
Rebecca Tucker is a London based painter. Her paintings are the result of a visual ‘discussion’ between abstract and more representational methods of depicting subjects.
Rebecca is keen to play with the viewers perception of subject and space in her paintings and then pull that preconceived idea back to the appreciation of what are essentially abstract marks on a two dimensional surface. She works towards abandoning the sense that abstraction and figuration are mutually exclusive.
"Spring fields of yellow' is an acrylic painting on cradled board created in 2022.
Framed in a gloss varnished white frame.
