George Glass in Pastels
Form, colour and movement are the creative process and passions of James Pegg’s work. You can see in the gorgeous colour movements in pastels, the balance he is striking between between spontaneous gestures and controlled marg. Every single piece of James work is unique from the spontaneous layers of colour to the actual creation of the porcelain slip making contact with the plaster mould. James studied Textile Design at Glasgow School of Art before moving to London to complete his MA Fashion at Central Saint Martins. We think this artistic background is evident in these incredibly abstract and expressionist contemporary ceramics. Enjoy these glasses as art or enjoy them for contemporary dining.
