Christmas House, Decoration

The Christmas house is a legendary house, rumoured to be where Klaus, the original Father Christmas lived. Its said that on Christmas eve,  if you listen close enough you can hear the sound of sleigh bells inside the house. 

This is made by Jo Brimble at Brimble studio. Jo takes inspiration from folklore to fashion and creates one of a kind designs which elevate everyday objects into unique characters .

Bringing to life these characters in ceramic form in her shed of dreams, she uses a mix of approaches from painted slips, sgraffito, glaze application, sculptural elements and hand-built structures to create her pieces.
Jo believes that everyday objects deserve more personality and hopes that you will  fall for them too.

Please Note: Each piece is hand made so will vary slightly in shape and colour but this gives each little character its own unique personality!
