Meet Emma...

Emma works in the shop one day a week but is a professional singer by vocation. She loves all things beautiful and stylish and enjoys her day in the shop surrounded by all the artistic creations. Emma loves music, dancing (she has done Salsa, Modern Jive and West Coast Swing for over 15 years) reading a good novel and traveling.  She is a firm fan of dressing up and drinking cocktails with friends as well as gardening and is proud of her prolific vegetable beds. Her favourite item in the shop is ‘The Aviator’ Sid Dickens memory block, which she persuaded her fiancé to buy her for Christmas. She also loves the mango wood letters in the shop as you can write whatever you like with them and hence are a brilliantly flexible gift. Just one initial or entire words. Great fun! Another of Emma’s favourite items includes the Boop Design ceramic bottles and tiny vases. With a love of plain white ceramics and a fascination with miniature things, these designs are perfect. “ I love how they depict things you might see in your garden, watering cans, birds, flowers and even laundry on the washing line. Every day objects are given a new lease of life”. Pop in on a Monday to say hello to Emma, we can guarantee she'll be playing some good tunes!
